Official Contest Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of FRO Head Spa and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Contest begins on December 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) methods of entry during the Promotion Period:
A. MAIN ENTRY METHOD:
(1) Book and receive a paid head spa service at FRO Head Spa during the Promotion Period, AND (2) refer a friend who subsequently books and pays for their first service at FRO Head Spa during the Promotion Period, mentioning the referrer’s name at booking. Each qualifying referred booking earns the referrer one (1) entry into the prize drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries earned through referrals.
B. ALTERNATE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY):
To enter without purchase or referral, legibly handprint your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a standard 3″x5″ postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be received by December 31, 2024. Limit one (1) free entry per person.
4. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive their choice of either a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer or an Eskein shower filter (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: up to $519.99). Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
On or about January 5, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by FRO Head Spa or its designated agent. The potential winner will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their booking or entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt. Failure to respond timely may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. VERIFICATION:
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification. The referred friend’s booking must be verified by Sponsor’s records. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries, or technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
10. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW:
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
